Process spinach until chopped Add 3 other ingredients Mix all in processor with a few quick on/off Chill well 8 people -could be one pre-dinner starter
Also can be served in a scooped out black or pumpernickel bread (which replaces the bowl)
Serve with fresh cut-up vegetables
