Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet over mdium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft - about 5 minutes. Add parsley, wine, and salt , simmer 1 minute more.


About 1 1/4 cup.

Onion Sauce
