Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter1 cup yellow onion, chopped 3/4 cup dry white wine 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over mdium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft - about 5 minutes. Add parsley, wine, and salt , simmer 1 minute more.About 1 1/4 cup.
