Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° Season lamb with salt and pepper. Spread the mustard evenly over the meat. Combine the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the herb and bread crumb mixture evenly over the mustard. Roast in preheated oven until meat thermometer registers 135 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into single rib portion. serves 8
