Ingredients
- 2 tins sweetcorn (creamstyle)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour (all purpose)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
Beat all the above ingredients together. Put into a small loaf tin and bake at 360 degrees F or 180 C for approximately 3/4 hours
