Ingredients:
2 tins sweetcorn (creamstyle) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup flour (all purpose) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Beat all the above ingredients together. Put into a small loaf tin and bake at 360 degrees F or 180 C for approximately 3/4 hours |
