Really easy to assemble, really rich, and really tasty! Everyone loves it when I take it to potlucks, as well as my family.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes (shoestring or cubes)
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 can each cream of mushroom and chicken
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • your families favorite crunchy topping...cornflakes, wheat germ, bread crumbs, etc.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Cover with crunchy topping and melted butter. Bake for 1 hour.
