- 5 Calamari
- 20 g Prosciuto Ham
- 3 Garlic clowes
- 3 Shallots
- 10 cl Strong Red Wine
- 50 g Rice
- 1 l Fish Stock
- 200 g Pelati (Peeld Tomatoes)
- 1 Lemon
- Chopped Parsly, Salt, Pepper, Olive oil
Clean Calamari. Chop the Calamari heads, Prosciuto, Garlic and Shallots. Saute them on Olive oil, add Red Wine, reduce. Add Rice and Fish Stock (0,5 l). Simmer until Rice is cooked. Season and add Chopped Parsley Pre heat the oven to 180 C Stuff Calamari bodies. Place them in a Oven pan. Cover with Fish Stock and diced Tomatoes. Place lemon slices on top.
Cook in the oven for about 30 min.
