Stuffed Calamari - Croatian style Recipe | |

Ingredients:
5 Calamari20 g Prosciuto Ham 3 Garlic clowes 3 Shallots 10 cl Strong Red Wine 50 g Rice 1 l Fish Stock 200 g Pelati (Peeld Tomatoes) 1 Lemon Chopped Parsly, Salt, Pepper, Olive oil
Directions:
Stuffing:Clean Calamari. Chop the Calamari heads, Prosciuto, Garlic and Shallots. Saute them on Olive oil, add Red Wine, reduce. Add Rice and Fish Stock (0,5 l). Simmer until Rice is cooked. Season and add Chopped Parsley Pre heat the oven to 180 C Stuff Calamari bodies. Place them in a Oven pan. Cover with Fish Stock and diced Tomatoes. Place lemon slices on top. Cook in the oven for about 30 min. |
