sweet and sour chicken Recipe

  Chinese Stew

    




Ingredients:
600gm chicken breast (bite size pieces)
1 onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (finely sliced)
1 bottle Kantong Sweet & Sour (lite) sauce (575gm)
Black pepper

Directions:
Fry onions in a little olive oil for a few minutes, then add the garlic and fry gently.

Add chicken and cook until just coloured.

Add Kantong sauce and mix thoroughly. Bring to the boil, then simmer for about 8 minutes, constantly stirring.

Turn off and take off burner when chicken piece is still a little pink inside. Otherwise the chicken gets too tough and dry.

Very yummy and tasty. Everyone loves it.
