• 1/2 Pound Green Beans
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Medium Clove Garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper


1. Cook green Beans covered in small amount of salted water until barely tender. Drain and chill.
2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle over thoroughly chilled green beans and serve

About 3 servings.
