Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plum tomatoes seeded and diced finely
  • 1/2 Spanish onion minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and minced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced finely
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small jar chunky mild salsa
  • 1/2 cup cilantro or parsley chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or pita crisps.
