Salsa Fresca Recipe

  Appetizer

Ingredients:
4 ripe plum tomatoes seeded and diced finely
1/2 Spanish onion minced
1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and minced
1/2 green bell pepper diced finely
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 small jar chunky mild salsa
1/2 cup cilantro or parsley chopped

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or pita crisps.
