Directions:
Rinse and hull the strawberries. Combine in bowl with 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar, Curacao, orange juice and grated peel. Pour over strawberries and chill for several hours. Beat the cream and 4 tablespoons (60 ml) sugar until soft peaks are formed. Alternate layers of strawberries and sweetened whipped cream in tall glasses for showy results. Serves 6 to 8.
