Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 6 tablespoons matzah cake meal
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup walnuts, optional
  • Frosting:
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • A few drops water

Directions

Batter: Mix all the ingredients & bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes in a 8 x 8- inch pan.

Frosting: Mix well and spread over cooled brownies.
