Pork Tenderloin with Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 pork tenderloin cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1 med onion sliced and seperated into rings

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients until blended; set aside. In a garge skillet, brown pork in oil on al sides. Stir in the gravy mixture, mushrooms and onions. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or until meat juices run clear and vegetables are tender.

Serve over hot rice Serves about 2 - 3 people.


I do not care for pork tenderloin but this was delicious......so it has to be good!
