More Mexican Dips Recipes

Ingredients:
  • guacamole dip
  • 3 avacados, peeled and mashed
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • tortilla chips
  • 1 pkg 10" flour tortillas
  • cooking spray
  • salt

Directions:
Mix all guacamole ingredients in large bowl, add garlic powder, lemon juice and salt to taste. place in fridge with cling wrap touching surface to prevent turning brown, for 1/2 hour to allow flavours to blend. For tortilla chips: Preheat oven to 350 C. Cut tortilla shell with pizza cutter, scissors or knife into wedges. Place on parchment-lined cookie sheets, spray with cooking oil, and sprinke with salt. Bake for 10 minutes, or until browned and crispy. Serve guacamole with fresh tortilla chips.
