Ingredients

  • (Note: Have not tried these)
  • 1 stick Crisco butter *see note
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 packets Sugar Twin
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (use sugar-free)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, crushed

Directions

Soften Crisco butter in a large bowl. Add egg, vanilla, Sugar Twin and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in flour then add chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
*You can use any type of butter, the Criso just makes them crisper.

Serves how many: 6 to 8
