SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Recipe | |

Ingredients:
(Note: Have not tried these) 1 stick Crisco butter *see note 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 2 packets Sugar Twin 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 cup flour 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (use sugar-free) 1/2 cup pecans, crushed
Directions:
Soften Crisco butter in a large bowl. Add egg, vanilla, Sugar Twin and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in flour then add chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. *You can use any type of butter, the Criso just makes them crisper. Serves how many: 6 to 8 |
