Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Ripe mango chunks 425 g
  • 1/3 cup Fresh lime juice 75 mL
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice 50 mL
  • 1/4 cup Cider vinegar 50 mL
  • 1 tbsp Minced fresh ginger 15 mL
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel 7 mL
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 1 mL

Directions

Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Refrigerate, airtight, up to a week. Makes 2 1/3 cups (575 mL).
