Be careful, these can be addictive! This has been a family recipe and tradition at Easter Brunch for many, many years.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 jiggers gin (adjust to taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T. orange Juice concentrate (frozen kind)
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice-fresh or reconstituted
  • Club Soda - 1-2 ounces
  • 3-6 tsp superfine or granulated sugar
  • 2-3 lg scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c. ice cubes

Directions

Blend all in blender until ice is well-crushed and ingredients are mixed.
