Ingredients:
  • 1 (5 lb) duckling
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon powdered ginger

Directions:
1. Wash and dry duckling.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
3. Roast at 350 degrees for 2 hours, turning and basting with drippings occasionally.
