Ingredients

  • 10-15 medium mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Stouffer's spinach souffle
  • Fresh parmesan cheese
  • Stouffer's frozen spinach souffle

Directions

Put a dab of butter in each mushroom cap
Cut frozen spinach souffle into 10 to 15 cubes
Place a cube of souffle into each mushroom cap
Sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
