Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns (eg. ORE-IDA)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • corn flakes

Directions

Mix soups, milk, cheese, sour cream and onion together.
Stir in frozen potatoes
Spread in a 9X13 casserole dish
Sprinkle cornflakes over top
Drizzle with melted butter
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees
