Quick Scalloped Potatoes Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (eg. ORE-IDA)1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cup milk 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated 8 oz. sour cream 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup melted butter corn flakes
Directions:
Mix soups, milk, cheese, sour cream and onion together. Stir in frozen potatoes Spread in a 9X13 casserole dish Sprinkle cornflakes over top Drizzle with melted butter Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees |
