Easy, great taste, freezes well.
Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 head chopped red cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 c. celery
- 7 cups chopped veggies (carrots, zucchini, broccoli, peas, green beans are all good)
- 1 lb. 10 oz. tomato puree
- 1 lb. 10 oz. kidney beans
- 1 lb. 10 oz. frozen corn
- 2 tsps. garlic powder
- salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
Directions
Mix all together and cook on medium low until veggies are tender
Makes 1 gallon
