Easy, great taste, freezes well.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 head chopped red cabbage
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 7 cups chopped veggies (carrots, zucchini, broccoli, peas, green beans are all good)
  • 1 lb. 10 oz. tomato puree
  • 1 lb. 10 oz. kidney beans
  • 1 lb. 10 oz. frozen corn
  • 2 tsps. garlic powder
  • salt, pepper and chili powder to taste

Directions

Mix all together and cook on medium low until veggies are tender


Makes 1 gallon
