Lots of great reviews! DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 350F. (325 F for dark pans). In large bowl, beat margarine or butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add oats and raisins; mix well. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered. ABOUT 4 DOZEN NUTRITION INFORMATION: 1 cookie Calories 90, Calories From Fat 35, Total Fat 4g, Saturated Fat 1g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 70mg, Total Carbohydrates 14g, Dietary Fiber 1g, Protein 1g, Total Sugars 8g.
