Ingredients
- 2 1/2-3 lbs.pork tenderloins
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Directions
Bake tenderloin at 450 degrees for 30 minutes till browned. Transfer to deep dish. Pour sauce over. Bake 300 degrees for two hours or till done, basting occasionally.For Sauce:
In saucepan, simmer for 5 minutes, sugar, vinegar, water, green pepper, and salt. Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water and add to vinegar mixture cooking till thickened. Strain and add paprika and parsley.
