Pork Tenderloin with Sweet & Sour Sauce Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 lbs.pork tenderloins1 cup sugar 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. water 3 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. paprika 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Directions:
Bake tenderloin at 450 degrees for 30 minutes till browned. Transfer to deep dish. Pour sauce over. Bake 300 degrees for two hours or till done, basting occasionally.For Sauce:In saucepan, simmer for 5 minutes, sugar, vinegar, water, green pepper, and salt. Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water and add to vinegar mixture cooking till thickened. Strain and add paprika and parsley. |
