Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 5gm mustard
- 1 clove roasted garlic
- 250ml The Grove Avocado Oil
- 125ml Grape Seed Oil / Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice (to taste)
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
Directions
Place egg yolks in a food processor woth mustard and garlic, blend until it becomes slightly aerated. Slowly drizzle the oils in when complete season and adjust taste with lemon juice.
