JEANETTE'S SEAFOOD MARINADE Recipe

  British Seafood

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
5gm mustard
1 clove roasted garlic
250ml The Grove Avocado Oil
125ml Grape Seed Oil / Olive Oil
Lemon Juice (to taste)
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Place egg yolks in a food processor woth mustard and garlic, blend until it becomes slightly aerated. Slowly drizzle the oils in when complete season and adjust taste with lemon juice.
