Greek Lemon Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 md Russet potatoes, unpeeled, halved lengthwise; deeply scored on cut sides
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t seasoning salt
  • 1/2 t garlic powder

Directions:
Combine butter, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder. Place on a
cookie sheet and brush mixture on the cut sides of the potatoes.

Bake at 325 for 30 - 45 minutes.
