Greek Lemon Potatoes Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 md Russet potatoes, unpeeled, halved lengthwise; deeply scored on cut sides1/4 cup butter, melted 2 T lemon juice 1/2 t seasoning salt 1/2 t garlic powder
Directions:
Combine butter, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder. Place on acookie sheet and brush mixture on the cut sides of the potatoes. Bake at 325 for 30 - 45 minutes. |
