Ingredients

  • (Microwave) 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 6 slices pineapple
  • 6 maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice

Directions

Melt butter in round pie plate. Add sugar. Melt 2
minutes on High. Arrange pineapple and cherries. Using half
of ingredients, make cake mix using pineapple juice rather than
water. Pour over pineapple and cover with paper towel.
Microwave 9 to 11 minutes on High. Rotate dish 1/4 once.
