Ingredients:
(Microwave) 2 Tbsp. butter1/2 c. brown sugar 6 slices pineapple 6 maraschino cherries 1/2 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Directions:
Melt butter in round pie plate. Add sugar. Melt 2minutes on High. Arrange pineapple and cherries. Using half of ingredients, make cake mix using pineapple juice rather than water. Pour over pineapple and cover with paper towel. Microwave 9 to 11 minutes on High. Rotate dish 1/4 once. | |
