Ingredients

  • 1 - 14 oz. Can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2+ Cups Parmesan cheese
  • 3-4 Cloves garlic, pressed

Directions

Drain & chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients together in an oven proof dish. Let sit at room temp. for 2 hours, longer in fridge.
Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350*F for 20-30 minutes. Or until top is golden brown and dish bubbles. Let rest befor serving.


Serve with crackers, bread sticks, French or sourdough bread.
