Directions:
Drain & chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients together in an oven proof dish. Let sit at room temp. for 2 hours, longer in fridge. Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350*F for 20-30 minutes. Or until top is golden brown and dish bubbles. Let rest befor serving. Serve with crackers, bread sticks, French or sourdough bread.
