Ingredients

  • 2 bunches sm. carrots
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

Scrape carrots; cut in fourths lengthwise. Place in heavy skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat, turning often until tender and glazed. Makes 6 servings.
