Glazed Carrots Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 bunches sm. carrots1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions:
Scrape carrots; cut in fourths lengthwise. Place in heavy skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat, turning often until tender and glazed. Makes 6 servings. |
