You can just use salt instead of the seasonings if you prefer.


  • 1/2 to 1 stick butter (depending on how many seeds. I use 3/4 of a stick for seeds from a medium pumpkin)
  • Season Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder


Clean pumkin seeds and lay out overnight to dry.
Spread dry seeds evenly on a cookie sheet.
Pour melted butter over seeds
sprinkle with season salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
bake at 250 until golden brown
