Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

  American Appetizer

Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 stick butter (depending on how many seeds. I use 3/4 of a stick for seeds from a medium pumpkin)
Season Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder

Directions:
Clean pumkin seeds and lay out overnight to dry.
Spread dry seeds evenly on a cookie sheet.
Pour melted butter over seeds
sprinkle with season salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
bake at 250 until golden brown


You can just use salt instead of the seasonings if you prefer.
