FILLING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring sugar, cornstarch and blackberry juice to rolling boil until thick (w/o blackberries). Let cool slightly about 5 minutes. Still together mixture and blackberries. Fill baked pie shell with mixture. SOUR CREAM TOPPING INSTRUCTIONS Combine all ingredients and pour over blackberries in pie shell. TOPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Mix sugar and flour. Using a food processor or pastry blender, put in butter. Top blackberries and sour cream mixture with topping. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Add more topping if necessary.
