Blackberry Sour Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
FILLING:

2 1/2 cups blackberries, set aside (use slotted spoon. Reserve juice in refrigerator

1/2 cups of sugar

2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/3 cup blackberry juice

SOUR CREAM TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup sugar2 teaspoons flour

pinch of salt

TOPPING:

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup butter

Directions:
FILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring sugar, cornstarch and blackberry juice to rolling boil until thick (w/o blackberries). Let cool slightly about 5 minutes. Still together mixture and blackberries. Fill baked pie shell with mixture.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and pour over blackberries in pie shell.

TOPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix sugar and flour. Using a food processor or pastry blender, put in butter. Top blackberries and sour cream mixture with topping.

Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Add more topping if necessary. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until tipping is brown. Watch crust for browning.
