Directions:
In Large bowl, break bread, chop tomatoes, add rest of the ingredients. Let soak for at least two hours so bread begins to fall apart. In small batches, put mixture in blender until completly blended and no hunks remain. Chill in fridge for a day before serving so flavours can blend. Serve with small bowls of chopped tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber and croutons. Enjoy
