Gazpacho Recipe

  Spanish Soup

Ingredients:
6 slices of bread with crusts.4 very ripe tomatoes (cored) 3 cloves garlic, 1 peeled cucumber.3tab. olive oil,4 cups water, 2 tab. wine vinegar,2 tab. salt, 1 heaping teaspoon ground cumin.

Directions:
In Large bowl, break bread, chop tomatoes, add rest of the ingredients. Let soak for at least two hours so bread begins to fall apart.
In small batches, put mixture in blender until completly blended and no hunks remain. Chill in fridge for a day before serving so flavours can blend.
Serve with small bowls of chopped tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber and croutons. Enjoy
