Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 pound Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 16 ounce can corn
  • 1 16 ounce can pinto beans
  • 1 16 ounce can tomatoes, diced

Directions

Brown meat and onion in stock pot. Drain. Add everything else and heat thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips.
