Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef or turkey1/2 onion, minced 1 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes 1 pound Velveeta, cubed 1 16 ounce can corn 1 16 ounce can pinto beans 1 16 ounce can tomatoes, diced
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in stock pot. Drain. Add everything else and heat thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips. |
