DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Recipe

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, baking sod, baking powder, cocoa, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Add vanilla, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and soy milk; mix well. Place in Tablespoons on a greased baking pan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done. Let cool slightly, then move to a wire rack.
