Ingredients

  • 2 lg. onions (1 lb.)
  • 2 tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

Cut onion into thick slices. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onion until tender. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; cook until golden. Makes 4 servings.
