Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (this is the key ingredient)
  • 1/2 small onion, minced (I like it kind of chuncky)
  • 2oz. minced green chilies (Hot)
  • chopped jalapenos to taste
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and chill for at least 1/2 hour.
